Question Why is the Preset tab in VoiceSupport not active when I connect my VoiceTone Create XT

In order to make use of the preset management features in VoiceSupport you must update your VoiceTone Create XT product to Build 28 or later. Once you have updated your product the Preset tab will become active and you can use all the new features avaialble in VoiceSupport. Note: Your user presets will not be deleted when updating to Build 28.
