Question When I save a mono playlist via the "Export Playlist" button, does Spark always create stereo files. How do I create a mono file from a stereo file or have a mono file stay a mono file

Answer From version 2.8, all versions of Spark can export mono playlists. In version 2.7 and lower when you export a playlist it is always saved as a stereo file. This makes sense in most cases, as playlist exporting is typically used for the CD burning process. In case you need to have the playlist as a mono file, you need to convert the file to mono. There are two methods to achieve this. The first method is to use the Mix to Mono function in the Process menu. Alternatively, you can use the Batch Convertor in Spark XL by setting the CHANNELS to MONO.
