Question When I try to download my presets into VoiceSupport the download pauses and I am not able to see the presets in the preset tab, what can I do

Answer If VoiceSupport pauses during downloading presets the application will become un-responsive because the communication between computer and device has been interupted. Solution1:  Restart the application and try downloading the presets again. Solution 2:  We have released VoiceSupport version 1.2 which contains a fix to an issue that was causing failures on some Mac OS systems. All users should download and install the new version of VoiceSupport available on the TC Helicon website.
