Question What is the policy for repairs / service to older TC products
Our policy is to be able to provide service and repairs for a product for at least 7 years after it was purchased. However as the market for electronic components is changing very rapidly, there may be situations where we are unable to source replacement components for older products, as some of them may simply no longer be available from the original manufacturers. Nevertheless, to the extent that we have components in stock, we will be able to provide service and repairs for a product, well beyond the 7 original years. Furthermore, as reliability and confidence in the quality of our products is paramount to us, we will always evaluate carefully whether repairing a product will make sense to our customer, both in terms of ensuring future reliability and safety, and both in terms to buying another new replacement product instead.
