Question I don't understand how the timing knob works on Nova Delay Answer The delay knob does not work as a conventional value knob where a position corresponds to a value. the knob increases or decreases values with more or less speed, depending how far it is turn.  It is neutral at 12:00 - = Stop changing value The more you turn it to the right, the faster the values will increase (in ms) and the more you turn it to the left, the faster the values will decrease. (in ms)  In both ways:
  • Turn to the max = max speed > when you need to get fast to a value that is far away from the current value
  • Turn a little = slow speed >> when you are closed to the delay time you want, this allows to fine-set the exact value
When you have reached the right value - set the knob at 12 o'clock position
