Your Tannoy Precision 6.4 will include a silver trim ring around the driver as pictured below that will need removing to gain access to the driver.User-added imageRemoving the chrome trim around the driver and other parts of the speaker can be very difficult without damaging the trim itself. The best way to remove the trim is to use a small flat headed screwdriver and gently prize it off taking care not to damage the cabinet or the driver itself. If possible lay a cloth over the cabinet to prevent any damage. If you are looking to replace the driver then all replacement drivers actually come with a replacement trim in case any damage is caused.Should you require a replacement trim on its own or a replacement driver then please submit a query to a member of our support team who can check to see if we have any available.
