If you are experiencing issues with connecting your device through Bluetooth please follow the below steps to resolve this:
  1. Ensure no other device is currently connected.
  2. If possible check with another device, if this is unable to connect as well please follow the next steps.
  3. Ensure the Turbosound iX15 is on the latest firmware.
  4. Ensure your Phone or Tablet is fully up to date.
  5. If you have paired your Phone or Tablet previously go into your Bluetooth settings and forget the device.
