If you are experiencing pops and clicks in your audio output this may be due to your buffer size. The smaller your buffer size the less latency you will experience but the more processing power will be required. To change your buffer size simply follow the steps below:
1, Using the search field on the task bar search for “UMC Audio Control Panel”.
2, Navigate to the “Buffer Settings” tab.
3, Set “USB Streaming Mode” to “SAFE” or “EXTRA SAFE”.
4, Set the ASIO buffer size to “AUTO”.
This will more than likely solve the issue, but if not try the following:
1, Back in the UMC Audio Control Panel go back to the “Buffer Settings” tab.
2, Under “ASIO buffer size” select a higher sample rate.
3, Keep increasing the sample rate until no audio artefacts are heard.
