In the event you have set a password in the IntelliDrive software and cannot gain access due to forgetting the password, you will need to follow the below procedure and delete the asys.cfg file:

1.    Go to C:\Users\[username]\AppData\Roaming\Labgruppen 
2.    Locate the asys.cfg file and delete this, the password will now be removed, and you should now have access to IntelliDrive again.

The asys.cfg file is available on a Mac in [Home]\Library\Preferences\Labgruppen\
