If a device is not correctly updated or is in a faulty state it can be reset using the Recovery Update procedure (this may be required to repeat multiple times).
1. Power down all devices and restart IntelliDrive
2. Enable Update in IntelliDrive
3. Power up the faulty device
4. When the device appears in IntelliDrive (as "Startup"), click the update icon immediately
5. After the procedure, please restart IntelliDrive to verify that the device is in a healthy state"
