Unison Detuning is a technique used in synthesis to slightly offset the waveform frequency from stacked oscillators. When a number of waveforms are layered at exactly the same frequency as each other, the waves are identical and it is difficult to distinguish the difference between each oscillator. Unison Detune allows you to slightly alter the speed at which the waveform travels, thus offsetting the peaks and troughs of the waveform and creating a bigger, fatter sound.

This is possible on the Deepmind using the Unison Detune fader found in the POLY section, and can else be adjusted in the EDIT menu of this section (the menu setting will react to the fader position). The range of this setting is from ±0.0 cents to 50.0 cents and is set to 0 by default.
