Some Behringer mixers have a 48v/phantom power feature that is on all the time, others like the UMC404 will have a switch on the rear to activate when required but this will flood all channels with phantom power, rather than being able to select individual channels such the way a user could on a high profile mixing console.

But the thing to remember with phantom power being on all channels is that this arrangement does not cause any harm to dynamic microphones that are plugged in

A user can plug either type of microphone be it condenser or dynamic into a mixer or IO that provides phantom power, and the condenser mic will detect and use the power, while the dynamic mic will ignore it.
