If there is no audio input or output from the XLR connectors on the rear of the console, and the 48 volts is also not working on the inputs, then the fault is probably a power supply failure.  Unlike the PRO2 and PRO2C, the + / - 18 and 48 volts are not derived from the main power supplies.  There is instead a small power supply mounted in the fader tray just behind the master controller and it is this that supplies these voltages.

We advise that only Certified Midas Technicians go inside the console.  Any outstanding Warranty will be voided if a non Certified Midas Technician enters the console.
