On Windows Operating systems you may encounter a USB connection error 43 when connecting your device to a USB port. The error will show as follows:

'Windows has stopped the device because it has reported problems'

Should this appear, this means there is an error in communication with the device you have connected. The first thing to check here is that you are connecting directly to a USB port and not through a hub/any adapters.

Next, check your drivers. The latest version will be found on the SOFTWARE drop down menu of the product download page. Ensure you are using the driver designed for your Operating System.

Should the error persist following this, please submit a support ticket on our Care Portal as there is most likely a hardware issue here.
