Lake Controller automatically created
When Lake Controller crashes, it will in most instances create a dump file (.dmp) by its own. This .dmp file will in those cases be located in:
Windows automatically created
If the Lake Controller crashes in a way where the Lake Controller is unable to store the state in a .dmp file by its own, we need to setup Windows, so that Windows create a .dmp file for us.
See instructions for this in the separate document.
Manually created for freeze/un-responsible state
If the Lake Controller enter a freeze/un-responsible state, it is possible to create a dump file manually using the procdump application.
Run procdump in the commander, with syntax: procdump -ma “Lake Controller”
This will create a .dmp file in the folder where procdump is located.
