The following steps can be carried out to check whether the drivers you have installed on your Windows PC are working correctly:
On Windows 8, 7, Vista, or XP, open up the Device Manager (Go to Start/Control Panel).
Disconnect your device from the computer.
Wait 5 seconds then reconnect your device.
Does the list of devices change, refresh, flash or make a noise
If yes the product has been recognised by your computer.
If the product does pass the test above, it is not defective and the issue is most likely to be software related.
Carefully follow the setup instructions for the software you're using or contact their Technical Support team for assistance.
